Just in time for the beginning of the Fall spooky season, Kevin J. Kennedy is back with another killer collection of horror drabbles that will keep you up at night!
If you missed my reviews for the first two books in this series, feel free to take a peek! But no worries, they don’t necessarily have to be read in order.
Full disclosure: I was given a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. This did not affect my rating in any way.
Let’s dive in!
My Thoughts on 100 Word Horrors, Book 3 presented by KJK Publishing
Just like the previous books, my favorite stories from this collection were the ones that spooked me or had an awesome twist that I wasn’t expecting! This collection also had a number of horribly sad drabbles.
Of course, with any type of collection, it’s normal for me to love some and dislike some. In this case, I loved a majority of the tales! There were so many that I thought were just perfect but I couldn’t help but want to learn more about what was going on! I would love to see some of these become the base of a longer story!
However, there were a few that I didn’t really understand…
This is another collection that I will definitely be going back to time and time again to revisit the tales!
Per usual, here are my quick reactions and rating breakdowns for each story:

Thank you for taking the time to comment and review each story too- mine was The Necklace the Eek! one- glad you enjoyed the anthology
Erica Robyn says
Of course! I know it’s not much, but too much of a review would ruin them! Oh my gosh, that tale. That one is gonna stick with me! 🙂
Priscilla Bettis says
Wow, that’s a LOT of authors . . . which, of course makes sense because they are super short stories. Sounds like a fab anthology!
Erica Robyn says
It sure was! 🙂
McKenzie Allyshia says
This sounds like a really fun read — is each story 100 words? Or how does that work? This is definitely the perfect time of year for spooky stories.
Erica Robyn says
Yes! Each story is just 100 words! It’s so cool!
Carole @ Carole's Random Life in Books says
It’s rare that I find a collection of short stories where I like all of the stories. It looks like you had great luck with this one.
Erica Robyn says
That used to be the case with me as well! But then I discovered these collections and they have all been mostly hits for me! 🙂
