Book Blog Expo Day 3: Most Anticipated Books & Giveaway Day
Most Anticipated Books
Every month, I publish a post about the books coming out that month that I am looking forward to. Some months I am able to get to them, but most I just haven’t had time for yet… this is part of the reason why I’ll be really cutting back on honest reviews next year.
Feel free to check out January through June’s lists below!
- 3 January Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
- 2 February Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
- 6 March Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
- 6 April Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
- 3 May Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
- 3 June Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
For the rest of 2018, I’m really looking forward to a number of books! Stay tuned for my future monthly breakdowns! 🙂
Though I will say that the top three books that I cannot wait to get my hands on this year are:
- The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager
- Amulet #8 by Kazu Kibuishi
- A Map of Days by Ransom Riggs

The Last Time I Lied is definitely one I'm hoping to read soon since I enjoyed Final Girls so much. I'm also excited for Muse of Nightmares by Laini Taylor.
Erica Hatch says
😀 Oh! I'll have to check that one out!

I stopped doing my monthly new releases posts because it was depressing me that I never got to them. Of my 3 most anticipated books 2 I have for review (love Netgalley) and I'm checking Netgalley weekly for the third to pop up there. See what those books are in my Day 3 post and enter my giveaway!
Erica Hatch says
Oh no! haha I totally understand that. 🙂

There’s several books coming out in June and July that I’m excited for but I probably won’t read them ASAP. I don’t know why but I always do that. Maybe I’m trying to prolong the pleasure?
Erica Hatch says
Maybe!! 🙂 I wait a bit on many new releases as well. Part of me wants the hype for them to die down a bit.

I LOVED The Last Time I Lied! Hope you enjoy it too. I can't wait for Fredrk Backman's Us Against You, the sequel to Beartown. I just got approved on NetGalley and will be diving into it this weekend.
Erica Hatch says
Wahoo!! I can't wait! I still need to get my hands on Beartown… Enjoy the sequel!!

Your monthly posts always make me add things to my TBR! I'm looking forward to two books I've already pre-ordered: Emily Giffin's All We Ever Wanted and Kate Morton's The Clockmaker's Daughter.
Erica Hatch says
😀 Oh my gosh, the cover of The Clockmaker's Daughter is stunning!!
Shooting Stars Mag says
Oh gosh, I love when people post the books they are looking forward to because I just get SO MANY IDEAS! There are a lot of books I want to read this year but one top choice is Escaping from Houdini.
