It finally happened! I got the chance to stop by a little free library for the first time. And bonus, it was right in my town!
Laurie of Barks At The Ghouls had sent me a few that were close by forever ago. When I first drove past this one, I did a double take, thinking it looked familiar. I had driven past this beauty an embarrassing number of times before I was finally able to stop in on my way to get a haircut one day.
Little Free Library – 603 Hanover Street, Manchester, New Hampshire
How cute is the library itself? I love the blue and yellow doors, and that orange really pops when driving by!
Inside of the library there was a ton of space and a lot of books were already there and the genres available was pretty impressive!
Of course I had a stack of ARC’s that I left behind to get into the hands of new readers!
I was strictly on a drop off mission this trip, so I didn’t leave with a book. I can’t wait to stop in again someday!
Thanks for reading!
Do you have a little free library in your town?

Ohh this one is really cute!! Yes, I love the bright orange! Really inviting people to come check 😊
We used to have one at my work.. we just had a shelf within our Café where people left and brought books all the time; I even put 3 in it myself. When covid hit, anything that could be touched by lots of people (so help spreading the virus) got taken; sadly haven’t seen it since :/

<3 Oh that's awesome that you guys had a shelf going for a bit. Hopefully it can come back soon! :)

Good call on leaving ARCs in there. I am always unsure what to do with them, and they take up room on my shelf and I know I won’t read them again. I am going to start leaving them in our Little Free Libraries that I find.

We have several in our city and I love dropping my favorite books for others to discover. I really hope to start one of my own in our neighborhood one day!

<3 I hope you set one up too! They're so wonderful!
