Another year of book blogging and my goodness, what a year it was!
I feel like I’m finally getting more organized and really nailing down a process that works well for me so I don’t get too overwhelmed.
If you missed my other blogiversary posts, feel free to take a peek at them below:
Let’s dive in!

What I’ve Learned:
This year I learned that I really need to tone back my honest review request genre options. There are just too many genres that I don’t really care for. I have not yet reopened my submission form, but I am happily working with authors that I have worked with in the past.
I’m also learning to get better at saying no.
This year I learned that I’m no longer interested in the negatives. I have gotten better at DNFing books when I’m not enjoying them as I realized that the only thing I dislike more than pushing through a book I don’t like, is trying to write a review about a book that I don’t like.
This year, I also finally learned that I just don’t have the time to keep up with commenting on every single post from my favorite bloggers. To help with this, I have created a number of lists using Feedly so I can quickly pick out the posts that I am most interested in so I can pop by, read, and comment as I have the time.
Shout-Outs:
I know I am going to forget some key people here… so stay tuned, I’m sure I’ll be updating this section again soon.
Thank you to Tony Moyle, T.L. Branson, J. Scott Coatsworth, and Ken Hicks and Anne Rothman-Hicks for your continued support and communication about your latest works! I love working with you all so much.
Thank you to Kevin J. Kennedy for continuing to send me various story collections! I have been having SO much fun reading each of these and at this point, I’ve almost read them all!
Thank you to Nick Clausen for contacting me after reading one of my reviews and then adding me to your ARC list and sending me various ebooks!
Thank you again to Sarah Miniaci, Cheryl Mash, and Wendy B. for putting some wonderful books on my radar. I always look forward to seeing your email addresses pop up in my inbox!
Thank you to everyone that was so kind as to provide me with a testimonial after working with me to help me build up that page.
And last, but certainly not least, thank you to all that follow, read, and/or comment on my blog. You are all so incredible and I am so grateful that you take the time to discuss books and bookish things with me! I love how quickly I have developed great friendships with many of you!
Thanks for reading!
And again, thank you all so much for your support! I’m really looking forward to continuing this blog in 2020!
Congratulations on three years! That’s really amazing 😊

Happy third year blogiversary!!!
Thank you! <3
Three years, woohoo, congrats!
Thank you so much! <3
Wow, you had some amazing growth in your blog stats! That’s awesome!
Sometimes I feel bad about not commenting on every post written by every one of my favorite bloggers, but there is only so much time in the day! I know people understand.
Thank you! And totally! I will occasionally comment with just a quick note like, ‘I love this!’ or ‘<3' just so they know someone was there and was reading the post. But even that can be too time consuming...
OHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love reading all of your posts! Can’t wait to see even more reviews from your blog. Happy blogging Erica!
Thank you so much!! <3 <3
I’m in the habit of writing reviews for everything, including what I didn’t like but it certainly doesn’t work for everything. I have another small pile to catch up with by the end of the year so I better get moving on it! Congrats on your bloggyversary!
Yeah! I love reading why books were a miss for people, so I find it extra interesting that I don’t really want to do that for myself… Good luck getting caught up! 🙂 And thanks so much!
Congratulations!
Thank you! 🙂

Congratulations on your three years of blogging.
Saying no is definitely something I’m still learning too 😉
Thank you! Yeah, it’s SO difficult to say no! I feel like the more practice you have, the easier it will get… but I’m not there yet!
Yay, happy blog birthday! Here’s to many more 😀
Thank you! <3
Congratulations! Here’s to many more years 🙂

Congrats on three years! I’m glad you’re finding a rhythm with blogging that works for you, and that you aren’t afraid to DNF. It really does help! We can’t love ALL the books!!

Congratulations on 3 years of blogging!
Thank you! <3
Yay for this! I need to know, how do you have so many email subscribers! I have been trying to work on growing my list for ages… Also, yay for the switch going well from blogger to wordpress. I actually relate. I have a feedly with my favourite blogs and then I choose the posts I am most interested in because I can’t keep up with every single one…
I’m not sure! haha I think it may have something to do with the fact that I started on Blogger, so there wasn’t a great subscription option there unless you had an account.
